Retainer Consulting

Being a professional training center, Ibhar Academy, came to the procession of valuable business process knowledge, which can define the success or the failure of any business. In its effort to create a successful business environment throughout the country, Ibhar academy provides retainer consulting to companies and businesses that require it.
Representing clients as an extension of their business development and Human Resource development functions, the consultancy process begins with a complete understanding of the client company’s situation, objectives, and constraints. We then advise and guide client companies with regards to best plans for training and development, as well as providing assistance to clients with developing their plans and drawing strategies for future ventures
 

Project Consulting

Proposed on a per-project and per-milestone basis, project consulting offers theclient company a way to bind  specific qualities and use our expertise to solve specific problems, develop and/or implement plans, as well as acquiring specific information that relate to training and skills development. An example of this is managing the generation of the Workplace Skills Plan encompassing skills audits and training needs analysis.
